Denise Lones, President
As the founding partner of The Lones Group, Denise Lones brings over three decades of experience in the real estate industry. With expertise in strategic marketing, business analysis, branding, new home project planning, product development, and agent/broker training, Denise is nationally recognized as the source for all things real estate.
Denise's background in residential real estate sales and management includes an impressive list of awards. Using custom marketing campaigns and business development systems she personally created, she was consistently among the highest producing REALTORS® in a marketplace of 3,000+ agents. She then went on to brokerage ownership / management and led her office to the number one position in her marketplace. She has helped numerous real estate brokerages and builders achieve success. In 2004, Denise was awarded the prestigious Hugh Hawkins Instructor of the Year Award by the Washington Association of REALTORS® and more recently, Denise was nominated by Inman News as one of 2011's "100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders."
Denise holds the esteemed M.I.R.M. designation from the National Association of Home Builders- the top national achievement for new home marketing. She also holds the CMP and Master CSP designations from NAHB and is a certified CSP and IRM instructor. She holds the GRI designation and is also a GRI instructor. Denise is also a licensed real estate managing broker and CCIM.
As a columnist for isucceed.com, Realty Times, the National Association of Home Builders, and the Washington Association of REALTORS®, Denise has a strong voice in the real estate community. In addition, Denise is a regular contributor to several industry blogs, including Active Rain and RealTown®.

Shauna Naf, CEO
Shauna has been with The Lones Group since 2003, when she joined the company as a designer. With each year, Shauna's responsibilities with the company have increased, culminating with her promotion to CEO in May of 2007. Skilled at managing a team and nurturing the best from her co-workers, Shauna loves working with a dynamic group full of ideas and talent. She likes to say she never has the same day twice!
Shauna also enjoys a variety of other creative activities including home improvement, writing, and gardening. A skilled cook, her meals are in demand at company events.
Randy Bowers, Director of Technology
Prior to joining The Lones Group, Randy spent more than a decade managing his own computer programming and consulting company, serving clients world-wide. Randy has overseen technology projects and assets for our company since 2006, including client websites and online marketing campaigns. On a typical day you'll find him programming new tools and providing friendly advice to help our clients grow with technology.
When not at work he likes writing music, video games, biking and hiking, story-telling, photography, and working outdoors. 0x0F.
Jay Agoado, Aspire Coaching
Jay Agoado celebrated great success in his real estate career, attributing much of his success to the coaching he received and the systems he implemented. His success allowed him to retire from his real estate business and he is now sharing his secrets with agents who want to elevate their businesses.
Although he had been successfully selling between 15-20 units per year as a solo agent prior to the Great Recession, Jay decided to join a coaching group under the tutelage of Denise Lones of The Lones Group. Coaching allowed Jay to double his transaction count and quadruple his income at a time when other agents were struggling and leaving the business. Jay's ability to adapt and to fully take the advice of his coach along with utilizing systems, processes, and innovative campaigns allowed this incredible growth and transformation to happen.
Jay has now decided to pay it forward and teaches other real estate agents what worked for him so that they too can enjoy success beyond what they feel they are capable of. Since Jay just retired from selling in 2021, you can be assured that you are working with a coach who is still current with what has been taking place in the real estate market versus many coaches who either have zero real estate experience or haven't been an agent in many years.
Jamie Holmes, LeadMagnet Coordinator
Jamie has a background in marketing and promotional products. She specializes in vector art but is used to wearing many hats, from web design to industrial printing. She has a Bachelor's in English Literature and a Master's in Business Administration. She married her best friend, James (Yeah. James and Jamie. They know.) and her world revolves around their daughter. Her passions include marine biology, comic books, writing, and drawing. On her bucket-list are things like snorkeling with hammerhead sharks, writing a bestselling novel (or 3), and building an online art supply business. When not at the office or at her art desk at home, she enjoys hiking, swimming, and watching movies with her family.
Daisey James, Brand Strategist
Daisey came to the Lones Group after graduating from Western Washington university with a jill-of-all-trades background in graphic design, visual journalism, sports photography, and social media marketing. In a past-life she managed a pizzeria kitchen and catering service, but while she loves pizza, design is where her passion lies.
In her spare time you can find Daisey tinkering on her car, attending trivia nights, and hanging out with her cat, Luna.
Cari Atwell, Brand Strategist
Cari came to The Lones Group with a background in large corporations and non-profits, helping them deliver results and drive marketing programs in print, digital, and online social networks. With 20 years of graphic design experience, Cari brings a wealth of skills to her design role.
Nancy Johnson, Accounting
Nancy joined our team in 2009 with over 20 years of bookkeeping and customer service experience, Nancy has been a great addition to our team. She is the "go-to" person for any questions you may have regarding your Lones Group account.
In her down time, when the garden calls, you will find her there with her grand-children or on a motorcycle ride with her husband of 45 years! Over the years she and her husband have transformed several homes, Nancy is the demo crew. She enjoys redesigning spaces to be efficient and flow smoothly. Her husband always says, "If she can dream it, he can build it."
Koko, Mascot
After completing her wild african studies in herd membership, lion evasion and heat mitigation, Koko realized that she wanted to not just do something different, but she wanted to be different - to stick out from the herd of look-a-like zebras.
While traveling abroad she discovered the power of being unique. People were charmed and drawn by her stripes. That was when she realized she could help others become successful by doing the same. Koko joined The Lones Group herd as our
mascot and hasn't looked back since.
