A long-time successful builder creating beautiful product in the TriCities, Washington area, Devoted Builders was operating both their building division and their real estate division under the same brand, causing confusion in the minds of both consumers and real estate agents. Both arms of the company required a distinct brand, supported by collateral material and systems for sales and marketing.
We recommended restructuring the company to create two very separate lines of business. Two visually distinct brands were developed, one for Devoted Builders and one for Referred Real Estate. In support of individualizing the different business lines within the company, collateral materials were developed for both - creating a clear visual difference.
In addition, sales and marketing strategies were recommending to build awareness of products and services offered by both arms of the company.
