Hello and welcome to this week's Zebra Report – and this week I want to talk about my upcoming State of the Market. I am so excited about this year's State of the Market because never before have we had so much come at us in the real estate industry.
The number of new mergers, consolidations, lawsuits, laws and regulations, city plan updates, and many other changes are moving fast and furious to reshape our industry. You need to be ready. I want to share with you one interesting stat. I'm recording today's Zebra Report from down in California and I have been looking at some new construction down here. The amount of new construction that is happening down here because of the housing shortage that they have is exactly what is going to be coming to an area near you very soon.
Even though new construction took a little bit of a pause, 2026 is going to be different. By the end of the year, you will have seen a similar increase like what is going on here. The questions you should be asking though are:
