Luxury Home Features, On Tour

A luxury property is more than just a price point.

Wow did I have an incredible opportunity to go on tour of one of the nicest and well-built homes that I have seen in 20 years. This home was in Redmond and I had the opportunity to both tour it and bring my real estate coaching group, Encore, along too!

When I say this home was well-built, spectacularly memorable - I’m not just saying it’s just a beautiful design style and landscaping. A beautiful luxury home is a home that when you arrive at the home you have a feeling. The home makes a statement. It has a personality. It speaks to you. We’re going to talk quality in a moment, but first I want to talk about location.

When we first arrived at the home, I couldn't help but take notice of hundreds-of-thousands of dollars of landscaping. The tree-work on this property alone was amazing. I told my coaching agents, "This owner hired a designer who knew how to plan how this property’s landscaping would age and change through-out the seasons."

And we’re not even at the house yet. Watch this week’s Zebra Report video for a beautiful tour of luxury home features married with exquisite finishes.
