Brandi was a real estate assistant in Las Vegas before moving to the Pacific Northwest. At first, she hadn’t thought of herself as real estate agent material because she didn’t like the thought of being a salesperson. However, once she found the right agent to model what a real estate consultant was, she was hooked! She appreciated that the agent she was assisting would sometimes talk her clients out of buying or selling if it wasn’t the right fit for them. That sort of integrity is innate to who Brandi is and she decided to take the big step and become a real estate consultant.
That is how she runs her business every day. She loves looking out for her clients. Therefore, when it came to building her brand, we knew that she needed elements that felt personal - more like a note from a friend than something overly-polished and corporate-looking. Most of her business comes from past clients, referrals, and partnering with other agents. In other words, it’s all about relationships and the brand needed to reflect that.
Brandi came to us with her logo already done and a color palette chosen, so it was really a matter of taking what she already had created and loved and finishing off the brand elements with a layout and textures that pulled everything together.
The goal was to let her logo and photo be front and center with the other brand elements keeping the beat. This allowed the brand to be very clean with the ability to strip out elements when working with new construction property marketing or luxury (she does both).
Just a note about that – often when we are talking to a client about brand development, they can’t see how all the elements – the logo, their photo, the textures and photos, etc, are going to work on something like a house flyer – especially a luxury property. But the great thing about building a brand with elements is that you don’t need every element to be on everything in order to make it feel cohesive. It is a matter of balancing form and function – a skill that we understand and have down!
Now Brandi has a consistent brand that she is super-excited to use!
