With strong backgrounds in residential and luxury real estate, Diane Terry and Nahjeen Shirazi-Wu joined forces just over two years ago. The pair came to the design process ready to develop joint branding to showcase their partnership as they increase marketing and client communication as a team.

Both Diane and Nahjeen enjoy building relationships with their clients and are tuned in to the neighborhoods they specialize in and wanted to incorporate a slogan Diane had used previously "The Neighbors are Talking".

The team was inspired by modern, minimal design elements with an edge of luxury while maintaining an approachable feel. The color palette pairs perfectly with their brokerages recognizable blue, while the logo offers a simple, modern motif to represent a real estate chat bubble.
