Analyze Your Quality of Life

Analyze Your Quality of Life

In order to create a plan that will enhance your quality of life you must first decide what is REALLY important to you. Most people's priorities have nothing to do with what they want (or their values) but rather what they just must do or need to do to simply catch up with all the events that are going on in their hectic lives.

In order to create a plan that will enhance your quality of life you must first decide what is REALLY important to you.  Most people's priorities have nothing to do with what they want (or their values) but rather what they just must do or need to do to simply catch up with all the events that are going on in their hectic lives.

So where do you start?  You must first start with a very honest analysis of your core values.  Values are often mistaken for goals.  An example of a value is financial security where a goal is "I want to retire as a millionaire".  You need to find out WHAT'S REALLY IMPORTANT IN YOUR LIFE.There are no right or wrong answers.  There are only balances…thats it!!!!
