Having solutions proactively shows that you have expertise to weather any real estate storm!
As real estate agents, you could likely list of dozens of ways you have seen real estate transactions blow up over the years. There are certainly tried-and true reasons transactions have historically blown up - buyer doesn't actually have funds, buyer buys a car before closing, it is discovered seller has liens, fraud, etc, but this article highlights some of the reasons transactions are blowing up in the current market. If you have a local issue or a niche issue that is causing transaction trauma (such as HOA or reserve issues in some markets), by all means, include those as well. Let's educate and keep those transactions humming along!
The real estate nerds at The Lones Group dug deep this month to provide you with a summary of three of the most common types of real estate deeds. These may vary by title from state to state, so do be sure to change the terminology to what is used in your locale. Is the topic dry? Yes. But this the very type of expertise your clients are hoping you possess. So if you are feeling particularly dull this month, consider sending out Types of Deeds. Or add it to a buyer package!
