Dan Olague

Dan Olague was no stranger to The Lones Group. We created a brand for him way back in 2006, but he had migrated to another brand by the time we restarted with him in 2019. He had also restructured his team and needed a fresh start.

Dan has more than three decades of real estate experience. He had a strong past client database with most of his business coming from referrals. However, this referring database wasn't being cared for as strongly as it could have been.

In addition, Dan had buyer agents on his team who needed ongoing leads.

The Plan

Dan's business systems first needed some refinement. He had just partnered with a new admin assistant who was a dynamo and she could run his processes and campaigns with no problem. Our role in that regard was to define the campaign, develop rules, develop the templates, and then let her run those. His past clients, in-particular, were in need of reconnection as there were missed opportunities that were slipping by simply because he hadn't been in touch.

Additionally, his buyer agent needed some strong buyer materials to be able to develop their own buyer leads in addition to getting referrals from Dan. His buyer agent also needed open house materials so he could wow potential buyers who were visiting the open houses he was working.

Finally, Dan had used our materials to create an expired listing campaign several years earlier which he was still using. The materials were in dire need of an update and the new-and-improved system would be run by his administrative assistant.

His Brand

Dan Olague has been in the real estate business for over 30 years, and wanted his new brand to showcase his whole team. Since his plans included folding the next generation of buyers and sellers into his bustling sphere while still supporting his repeat clients and network of referrals, he needed a multi-generational brand. Dan and his team selected a luxurious black-and-gold palette, with a white logo superimposed on a picture of Mount Rainier. They also selected a geometric pattern and simple fonts to better communicate their efficient and straight-forward business style. Long sidebars elegantly divide the contact info and content on each template.

With these new polished systems in hand, The Dan-O Team was ready to ramp up. We began working with Dan's team in 2019 and delivered his materials throughout 2019 and 2020.

Between 2019 and 2020, his listing volume increased by 40.82% while his number of listings grew by only 4.8%. That means he was earning much more per listing.
