Kitty Wallace

With a background in the lending industry, Kitty is well-equipped to handle any transaction. She was recognized as the 2016 Washington REALTOR® of the Year by Washington REALTORS® for her dedication to the industry and advocacy for our profession (she was also named REALTOR of the year three times by the Kittitas County Association of REALTORS®). She served as the President of Washington REALTORS® for the 2020 year and also serves on the National Association of REALTORS® Broker Engagement Committee and as a director for NAR.

Kitty is one of those people for whom you might say, "If you want something done, give it to a busy person." She has also served as president for her Chamber of Commerce as well as the managing broker for her real estate brokerage.

Today

Since we have worked with Kitty over a decade-and-a-half, her initial need was to dominate in her market. She has exceeded that expectation, ranking consistently in the top 10 in her MLS area for total transactions since 2009. Over the years, Kitty's focus has changed, as she is focusing more of her time on service for the real estate industry and management. Her focus now is on leveraging her time by still providing great service, but with the help of an assistant, and bringing in more passive income by way of referral dollars.

Her Brand

Kitty already has a unique and eye-catching brand that we recently refreshed, but she wanted bring a little more color and versatility to her logo and name treatment. Kitty is from Cle Elum, Washington, and wanted her logo to stay true to the brand equity she had already built within her sphere. We combined colors from her signature header bar with Windermere's colors for a professional and approachable effect. We also added an elegant key to make sure her profession was clearly represented.

As a result, Kitty now has 4 logo variations, including her full name treatment, a shortened name treatment that only includes her first name, a round seal with a monogram, and a simplified square monogram. Even though she has a variety of logos, they all use the same colors, fonts, and key element, so it is easy for her audience to tell that they belong to the same person, no matter the application.

Results

Kitty started working with us in 2007 and we refreshed her brand in 2017.

Between 2008 and 2021, Kitty increased her number of transactions by 700%, and that is not including her land listings (of which there are many). At one point, she had increased her transaction count by 1225%, but since changed her strategy. She increased her median sales price by 132%.

In 2017, she had her first $1 Million sale. By 2021 she had 6 more.

Over the years and through her consistent branded message, Kitty has cultivated a reputation as a people-connector, creating introductions and developing relationships with industry leaders, advocates, brokerages, and agents nationwide.
