Alina Araujo
Alina was a fairly new licensee when she came to us in 2019. She had been working as a real estate agent since 2015 and was ready to take things up a notch. She was doing a few open houses a month, had been using her company materials for new buyers, listings, and for mailing to her database and to her farm (utilizing Corefact). She was also getting leads from her company's relocation department (with a big referral fee due upon closing) and had also been working with a lot of first-time homebuyers. With the market changing and inventory becoming scarcer, she needed to make the listing side of her business stronger so she could secure more listings.
The Plan
Alina needed to refine her listing presentation system and replace her company-branded, general mailings with custom-branded materials that were much more eye-catching and included local MLS stats and sold information. We also felt that she was a natural to be doing more video and social media, so we needed to build systems for that side of her business as well. Since she already liked working with buyers and getting new clients through open houses, we planned to build a system for that as well.
Her Brand
Alina's brand is inspired by luxury hotel branding; dark and dramatic with a hint of shine. Our goal for her brand was to provide her clients with the feeling of luxury without excluding any price point. Her logo is comprised of an elegant and abstract sunburst logo and gorgeous monogram, which we expand in her full name treatment. We used the official font of her brokerage for headlines and body text, which we paired with a powerful yet elegant serif font to give her brand some punch. While most of her marketing materials have a dark background, we have provided her with light alternate options to keep her brand as adaptable as her business. Alina's bold new brand design is the look she needs to bring her professional vision to fruition.

Results
Alina started working with us in March of 2019 and we began delivering her materials throughout 2019 and 2020.
Between 2018 and 2020, Alina increased her business by 175%, almost tripling the number of transactions.
In 2020, she had her first $1 Million listing. In 2021 she listed 3 more.
She is now working on hiring an assistant and exploring farming a luxury area.
