Colette Rarden
Colette Rarden had signed up for Business Blueprint in October of 2016. On her Defining Your Blueprint call, Denise advised Colette to send out the Letters for Listing series every time she had a listing. Colette came to a live class in October of 2017 and reported that she had taken that advice and her business had doubled in one year because of it. Now, she wanted more, her assistant was proving to be a great fit (Hailey, her son's girlfriend), and they were really ready to really ramp up.
The Plan
Colette had the beginnings of what we knew would become a very powerful partnership with Hailey. They were the yin to the other's yang. Colette's knowledge of her niche equestrian market had already served her very well, and with Hailey at her side running the systems that we had planned to create for them - everything from mailing to listing systems, post-closing systems, lead generation, and more, they would be a force to be reckoned with. They just needed the plan and the materials which would allow Colette the freedom to connect with others and be the front person while Hailey was working the backend like a well-oiled machine.
Her Brand
Colette requested a rustic brand with luxurious accents to showcase her expertise for rural equestrian properties. The elegant curves symbolize rolling hills or a cowboy hat brim. The Western tooling pattern adds interest and provides a touch of femininity to the bold chocolate, caramel and parchment color palette. The running horses in the footer contribute provide graceful energy to the brand, and the breakaway horse leading the group symbolizes Colette's perseverance and determination to constantly excel in accommodating her client's goals. The brand font collection combines a rugged-edge handwritten font and a chic semi-serif font. Finally, Colette's design is perfectly polished with a monogram watermark stylized to look like an old-west branding iron.

Results
Colette and Hailey started working with us in October of 2017 and we delivered their materials throughout 2018. We also began helping them implement their mailing campaign for their database in 2020 and added social media and blogging help in 2021.
Between 2016 and 2017, when they began the Letters for Listings, they increased their transactions by 45.2% and their listing volume by a whopping 224.6%. By 2021 YTD, their volume had increased another 18.4%.
In 2021, they had their first $1 Million listing.
Her assistant became her daughter-in-law in 2021 and they are known as The Rarden Team.

Niche markets require consistency and a length of time to develop. Give yourself at least a year of solid marketing, and make adjustments as you go.
