Think generations aren't important when selling real estate? Think again! Your ability to understand your own generation and its traits as well as those of your clients, colleagues, and competitors is imperative for success in our very competitive market. Their wants and needs are very different, based on their life experiences, the influences that have made the most impact on their decision-making processes, and the way they think about buying and selling real estate. Every real estate agent today must know how to work with 4 different generations: The Silent Generation, Baby Boomers, Generation X, and Millennials. In this class, you will:

  • Obtain a significantly broader understanding of the generations and their differences.
  • Learn how each generation is influenced throughout their lives by the events that happen to them.
  • Learn the most effective ways to work with, and counsel, each generation in terms of buying and selling real estate.
  • Learn the most effective ways of communicating with each generation, including in person, in your marketing efforts, in your advertising efforts and in your technology efforts.
