How do I set up a class for my office?
Start by talking to Shauna, our education coordinator. She will help you determine which class will best meet your
needs - whether it's a speaking engagement with a specific topic, or a private class for your agents. She can also provide
available dates. Once we've agreed on a date and topic, we'll send a contract to secure your selection. We'll also create a
flyer for your event for you to distribute to your invitees.

Is there a minimum number of participants to book an event?
We can speak to a filled convention center auditorium or to as few as 25 agents.
What is the fee?
Our fees depend on a variety of factors - the number of participants, the class content and whether travel is involved.
The best starting place is a call to us, tell us what you need, and together we'll make every effort to put together
a package that meets your budget.
To bring Denise to your event for Washington State clock hour approved classes, the following typically applies:

Private Office/Event Rate - Half-Day
Price is $2500 for a half day class plus mileage. Must be within two hours of Bellingham to receive this rate for a half day class. Otherwise full day rates apply.
Private Office/Event Rate - Full-Day
Price is $3495 for a full day class plus overnight accommodations if over 175 miles from Bellingham, plus mileage or travel expenses. Travel which will take an excess of four hours from Bellingham will pay an extra fee of $500 in addition to travel expenses.
Webinar - One Hour
Price is $795 for a one-hour webinar hosted by your team.
Rates apply to any class that The Lones Group has already created, with or without clock hours. Estimates provided for events requiring custom content. Full/half-day live event rates include clock hours for first 100 participants, additional clock hour participants will be charged $35/hour. How do I need to set up the classroom space?
One of our business consultants can help you determine how to maximize your space so that everyone in the room has
a terrific opportunity to engage with Denise.
What are your audio and visual needs?
Because we do a lot of speaking, coaching and training, we're pretty self-contained. All of our classes rely on
visual imagery, so we do need power for our laptop and projector. That means we'll also need a projection screen or
smart board. Unless you have a small group of 25, we also require a wireless lapel microphone and AV system.
Is there anything else I should know?
Once we've received your signed a contract, we'll work closely with you right up to the time of your event to
ensure we're both taking care of all the details that go into a great event. And we'll stay in touch after your
event to make sure that we've provided you and your attendees with the best possible experience.
