Denise Lones, President
The founding partner of The Lones Group, Denise Lones brings over two decades of experience in the real estate industry. With expertise in strategic marketing, business analysis, branding, new home project planning, product development, and agent/broker coaching and training, Denise is nationally recognized as the source for all things real estate.
Denise's background in residential real estate sales and management includes an impressive list of awards. Using custom marketing campaigns and business development systems she personally developed, she was consistently among the highest producing RealtorsŪ in a marketplace of 3,000+ agents. Denise was the only agent in the State of Washington to be awarded the esteemed MIRM designation - the top national achievement for new home marketing. In 2004, Denise was awarded the prestigious Hugh Hawkins Instructor of the Year Award by the Washington Association of RealtorsŪ.

Shauna Naf, CEO
Shauna has been with The Lones Group since 2003, when she joined the company as a designer. With each year, Shauna's responsibilities with the company have increased, culminating with her promotion to CEO in May of 2007. Skilled at managing a team and nurturing the best from her co-workers, Shauna loves working with a dynamic group full of ideas and talent. She likes to say she never has the same day twice!
Shauna also enjoys a variety of other creative activities including home improvement, writing, and gardening. A skilled cook, her meals are in demand at company events.
Laura Brodniak, Content Strategist / Director of Business Development
With day-to-day work in product development, providing and polishing content and communications, managing the sales staff, supporting our coaching groups, and assisting agents in identifying the products, services, and systems they need for success, Laura's responsibilities are varied. Licensed as a real estate agent since 1996, Laura brings years of first-hand experience to the company; prior to that she worked for 12 years at Wells Fargo Bank, specializing in marketing, product management, project management, and training.
Time off finds Laura attempting to improve her golf game. A lover of "found objects", she also enjoys creative outlets such as jewelry design, paper crafts, quilting, "repurposing", and herding cats.
Randy Bowers, Director of Technology
Prior to joining The Lones Group, Randy spent more than a decade managing his own computer programming and consulting company, serving clients world-wide. Today, Randy oversees website projects and computer-related assets for our company. On a typical day, you'll find him programming new tools to help our clients and providing friendly advice to help our clients adapt and grow with technology.
When not at work Randy likes writing music, biking and hiking, story-telling, exploring photography, and working outdoors.
Trish Haveman, Social Media Strategist / Designer
After graduating with a major in Visual Communications, Trish began working with The Lones Group as a graphic designer, creating marketing packages and websites for our clients.
She has since taken on the development and ongoing management of our online presence, providing us critical advice and insight into effective use of social media.
In her spare time Trish enjoys a diverse mixture of activities, including knitting, crocheting, ballroom dancing, photography, and singing in the car!
Liz Roberts, Designer
After graduating from Art College in England, Liz spent her entire adult life in commercial art and graphic design. She has been involved with The Lones Group since its inception and has been a valued member of the creative team since 2005. Liz loves the opportunity to really understand each client she works with, and to give them an image they will love - even if they don't initially know what they want!
Liz's passion is to help others to be better than they thought they could be. She volunteers her time with accountability and self-help programs, and spends leisure time sewing, knitting and reading.
Nancy Johnson, Bookkeeper
With over 20 years of bookkeeping and customer service experience, Nancy has been a great addition to our team. She is the "go-to" person for any questions you may have regarding your Lones Group account.
The garden calls to Nancy, and when not at work you will find her there with her grand-daughter... or on a motorcycle ride with her husband of 32 years!
